Deleting your personal data will also delete your account and any associated information. When your request status is "Pending Deletion", you will not be able to create a new account with the specified email address. Once the account is successfully deleted, you may choose to create a new account using the specified email address.
 

Data deletion method 1: Submit a deletion request

Please enter the email address used on the selected websites above.
By clicking "Submit Request", you authorize the controllers of the websites selected above to contact you to verify the request and to carry out the chosen type of request. Controllers will only act upon requests once your identity and the identity and authorization of anyone acting on behalf of another has been verified according to applicable laws. Unverified requests will be denied.

Data deletion method 2: Log in to the App and delete the account

To delete your SunseekerRobot account

  1. Open the SunseekerRobot app and log in.
  2. App homepage > Slide screen > App settings > Log out of account.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the account removal.

Your data request has been received.

What happens next?

We will attempt to verify your request. Please check the email or text message we sent you for instructions on how to verify. We will process the request after it is verified.
